Ristorante Wildner carries with it a family history deeply rooted in the beating heart of Venice. The Fullin family comes from Rialto, from Campo delle Beccarie, where for generations they ran traditional trattorias that nourished the city.

In 1960, Uncle Renzo decided to focus his efforts on this historic building overlooking Riva degli Schiavoni, which once housed Eldorado, a renowned osteria of the time.

Today, Luca Fullin carries forward that same vision of Venetian hospitality.
His is a family-run osteria overlooking the lagoon, where the cuisine speaks the language of tradition, guided by the awareness that every gesture matters.

He is a member of the Slow Food Chefs’ Alliance and works with presidia that safeguard local species and traditional artisanal methods.

A great wine enthusiast, he personally selects his labels by visiting vineyards, seeking only natural, small-production wines.

Guests come here to rediscover the authentic pleasure of dining, facing the San Marco Basin.
